No additional decimation or invented geometry in that conversion. ORVIA presentation modifications: retained atlas ventricular, atrial and coronary surfaces with welded normals and gentle volume-preserving smoothing; reconstruction of coarse major vessels along atlas-based centreline trajectories as connected hollow surfaces with inner walls and open rims; refined aortic branch stubs; additional fine coronary detail made with surface-following tapered tubes attached to source coronary structures. These vessel refinements are designed atlas-based adaptations, not additional measured anatomy. The unchanged distributed GLB retains the original static anatomical reference. ORVIA also changes materials and lighting, adds procedural three-dimensional gold fibre bundles, and applies conceptual vertex deformation for a beating-heart visualization. Fibre construction samples outer ventricular contours at horizontal cross-sections, smooths radial interpolation, and generates tapered elliptical tubes in three approximate orientation/depth families with varied lengths and curvature. These are artistic display paths, not measured myocardial fibre directions or diffusion-imaging data. The anatomical source is a static adult male reference mesh. Adapted surfaces, fibre bundles and animation are educational artistic treatments, not patient-specific anatomy, a validated biomechanical simulation, clinical evidence or an ORVIA molecular result. The rhythm control changes animation speed only. Atlas-based coronary artery geometry and illustrative myocardial fibre bundles are distinct. The model contains atrial walls, a combined ventricular wall, ventricular cavity surfaces, selected major vessel segments and two coronary artery trees. Cavities represent spaces, not muscle tissue. Vessel ends are truncated and several structures are omitted. Source release notes caution that anatomical representations can be incomplete or incorrect. Legacy upstream OBJ comments cite CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan. The current official archive grant explicitly specifies CC BY 4.0; the source derivative documents this change. The model is separately licensed from application code. Preserve this attribution, license link and modification notice when redistributing the mesh or derived imagery. No endorsement by DBCLS, OrganUI, or the original authors is implied. Additional decorative details: thin gold traces around open lumens and dense, branching, tapered three-dimensional filaments placed at several depths inside reconstructed vessel walls. Separate thin inner lamina meshes are offset to variable depths within the hollow walls. These are art-directed details, not measured vascular histology. Upper-vessel shading uses alpha-blended membranes with soft surface highlights, a light-dependent scattering approximation and Fresnel-style edge opacity capped at 0.64. Native glass transmission is disabled for these upper vessels; Three.js transmission/refraction is retained on the lower ventricular shell. Material settings, lamina depths and optical effects are authored visual treatments, not measured tissue properties or a full physical simulation of light transport.
